on-time, resolving project technical issues, reporting task progress, and  providing technical guidance and leadership to the team. In June of 2011, I assumed the supervisory responsibility for a ten person, highly skilled, systems integration team responsible for the integration and systems engineering support for several other IT projects.  As their supervisor, I was responsible for overall team success, performance evaluations, staff planning, conflict resolution, and resource scheduling. Additionally, I was frequently requested by senior leadership to provide technical assistance on other programs to resolve systems engineering issues.

Key Achievements:

·  Led a team of engineers to analyze and diagnose ICDL’s failed version upgrade. This effort involved identifying problems that led to the failure, then developed and implemented solutions to create a fully functional and deployable system that met client requirements

·  Successfully designed and implemented MDDS application upgrade processes which resulted in zero noticeable downtime for the enterprise users
